What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your assistant keeps working until the trial ends. Pick a plan from your dashboard to continue — if you don't, the assistant simply pauses. No card was charged because we never asked for one.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, anytime, directly from your dashboard. No binding period — cancel and your plan runs until the end of the paid month.
What counts as a message?
Each message a visitor sends to your assistant. Replies are free. A typical conversation is 3–5 visitor messages, so even Starter covers ~100–150 conversations a month.
What if I go over my message limit?
The assistant pauses politely for the rest of the month and tells visitors to contact you directly. We'll email you well before that happens so you can move up a plan.
Do I need any technical skills?
No. The assistant builds itself from your website, and installing it is one line of code — which we can handle for you. On Pro, we do the whole setup and tuning.
